Ordering

Print out and complete an order form and send it with your quilt. If custom or heirloom quilting is chosen, please print out and sign a waiver regarding marking your quilt. Send it with your quilt top.

To estimate your costs measure your quilt top. Multiply length x width = total square inches

Total your order form, add in any additional services, thread, batting and shipping charges.

Please include a deposit of $50.

Contact me via phone (630-416-4243) or email before you ship your quilt, to confirm scheduling.

All quilts will be completed in the order in which they are received.

Shipping

Fold your pressed quilt top and backing neatly.

Sign your order form and send it along with your quilt top.

Label your top, backing and batting with your name and phone number for identification purposes. Post-it-notes don't stick well, so please pin it on.

All quilts should be shipped US Post Office, UPS or FedEX ground and should be insured for tracking purposes.

Payment

Cash, Check or Money Orders Accepted. Please do not send cash in the mail.

Terms: Payment must be made by cash, check, or money order. If payment is made by check, the quilt will not be shipped until it clears the bank. Quilts that are paid for by money order or cash will be shipped upon completion.

What Happens Next

When I receive your quilt, I will measure the quilt top and backing.

I will contact you to select complementary designs if not indicated on the order form and complementary thread.

I will confirm the complete cost of the services and the date it will be returned to you. Your quilt will be neatly hung and covered until it is time to be completed.

Final payment is due BEFORE shipping. You may pick up your quilt or I can ship it to you. It will be insured for $100 and sent by UPS or FedEx ground.
